Magic Loot Budget Calculator
Plan your Coin spending with a protected reserve. Pure local math — no odds, no expected returns, no data leaving your browser. Use it before any big purchase or attempt grind.
How to Use This Calculator
Enter your current Coin balance, the amount you want to keep as a protected reserve, and the cost per attempt or purchase. The calculator instantly shows how many whole safe attempts you can make and what remainder Coins you will have left.
For example, if you have 1,000,000 Coins, want to protect 200,000 as a reserve, and the item costs 150,000 per attempt, you can make 5 whole attempts (750,000 spent) with 50,000 remainder plus your 200,000 reserve.
This is pure arithmetic. The calculator does not factor in drop rates, odds, or expected returns. It simply helps you plan safe spending without depleting your entire balance.
Your Values
Result
Enter your three values to see whole safe attempts, remainder, and any shortfall.
Formula: safeAttempts = ⌊(budget − reserve) / cost⌋; remainder = (budget − reserve) mod cost. Calculation runs entirely in your browser. No data leaves your device. The calculator does not estimate hidden odds, drop rates, or expected returns — only safe spendable attempts from values you enter.
When to Use This Calculator
Before Large Purchases
Before spending more than 25% of your balance on a single wand or armor piece, use the calculator to ensure you keep a reserve for ongoing activities. High-tier items cost millions or billions, so planning your spend protects your progression.
Boss Farm Runs
Before committing to a long boss-farm run with a Coin cost per attempt, calculate how many attempts you can safely make without emptying your balance. This prevents running out of Coins mid-grind.
Tier Decisions
When deciding whether to keep grinding for a higher tier or settle for the current one, the calculator shows exactly how many attempts you can afford. This helps you make informed progression decisions.
Reserve Planning
Protect a reserve for body-part recovery, material purchases, or your next identified upgrade. Setting a reserve ensures you always have Coins available for essential activities after a major purchase.
