How Wands Work in Magic Loot
Wands in Magic Loot are weapons used to defeat enemies in the dungeon. Each Wand comes with a different Power rating, which determines how much damage your Wand deals. This makes each Wand unique and more powerful than its predecessors, making it a central pillar of the game's progression system.
Each Wand adds a fixed Power value on top of your avatar's own Power rating. The higher a Wand's Power, the higher its Coin price. Because the two values stack, a high-tier Wand raises your total damage output regardless of where your avatar's Power currently sits.
The important detail is that Wand Power isnot affected by Rebirths. When you Rebirth and your avatar's Power resets, the bonus from your Wand stays intact. A powerful Wand can therefore keep carrying you through a dungeon right after a reset, which makes it worth saving Coins for the next tier before you Rebirth.
Wands can be bought at the Wand station or by clicking the "Wands" button on the HUD. Each Wand has a Power stat and a corresponding purchase cost; the higher the Power stat, the more expensive a Wand is. Currently, the game features a total of 24 Wands from Common to Secret rarity.

Which Wand to Prioritize
Since price tracks Power almost exactly, the practical rule is to buy the most expensive Wand you can afford and keep upgrading as your Coin balance grows. The jumps are large. For example, moving from Dark Crystal Wand (+70,000) to Pink Diamond Wand (+150,000) more than doubles the bonus, and the Secret tier starts at +25,000,000 with Fin of the Tides.
Key Strategy
Because a Wand's Power survives a Rebirth, upgrading before you reset gives you apermanent floor for your damage. Apollo sits at the top of the ladder with a +200,000,000 bonus, making it the highest-Power Wand currently available in the game — and the ultimate progression goal.
Your Wand is your main weapon and the single best early purchase. The starter Wand only handles the weakest enemies, so every Wand upgrade lets you push deeper into the dungeon and collect better loot, which in turn funds the next Wand. Prioritize Wands over everything else until your runs are consistently profitable.
